APSC PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS FOR THE PERIOD 2005 - 2010
  • THE MAIN APSC AIMS FOR THIS PERIOD.

  • PROMOTING HIGH STATUS AND IMPORTANCE OF RECRUITER'S PROFESSION IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION.
  • INCREASING THE DEGREE OF CIVILIZED RELATIONS IN THE PERSONNEL MARKET.
  • IMPROVING TECHNOLOGIES AND METHODS OF WORK.
  • ORGANIZING PROFESSIONAL TRAINING IN IMPLEMENTING SEARCH ACTIVITIES. 
  • APPRAISAL AND CERTIFICATION IN THE RUSSIAN PERSONNEL MARKET.
  • INTENSIFYING OF APSC REGIONAL WORK.

2005-2006 "Enhancement of efficiency of graduate employment" project

Russia entered XXI century with a widely developed system of higher education provided both by state and non-state educational establishments. The demand for higher education is great, but however, more than half of the money spent on education ($ 50 bln) is being wasted, thus creating the grounds for negative social events:

  • disappointment and waste of energy and forces by young people;
  • decrease in the living standards of young families;
  • corruption in educational sphere;
  • deception of educational services consumers

Only by joint effort of recruiters and higher education establishments, the effectiveness of graduate employment might be increased and the influence of the abovementioned negative events reduced. 

2006-2010 The Program of cooperation with the Moscow State Technical University named after N. Bauman

Goal: Forming civilized market of young graduate specialists in Russia.
Tasks:
1. Provide effective influence on the graduate employment process.
2. Improve the quality of graduate employment for young people from technical institutions.
3. Raise competitiveness of students and graduates of Moscow State Technical University on the Russian labor market by special training programs.

Programs of APSC Training Center:

1. Creation of competitive advantages at contemporary personnel market - management for managers.
2. Authoring training programs of recruitment and executive search leaders.
3. Schools for beginners in recruiting.
4. Improvement of qualification for the staff of recruiting agency.

 

Research of personnel market in Moscow:

1. Tendencies and peculiarities on the personnel search market development in Russia since 1998.
2. Annual research has been held by APSC and "Upravlenie personalom" (HR management magazine) since 2002.
